Men’s Process Group

This group meets weekly for 10 weeks to engage the prevalent challenges to men in a psychosocial environment. The wounding of men, the isolation of men, the initiation of men, the archetypes of mother and father, and other themes are introduced as part of this 8-week process group. Process groups are leaderless groups guided by a psychotherapist or co-therapists and attendance is critical for group cohesion and formulation to foster a deeper experience of the therapeutic environment.

The group is considered a confidential therapeutic activity and each member will need to sign an agreement to keep group disclosures and discussions confidential. While licensed professionals maintain confidentiality in their work with the group, it is important to understand that the nature of group work does not guarantee confidentiality among its members.This group is limited to male participants over the age of 18.

Group size ranges from 6 to 12 participants.

Cost: $250 for a 1.5 hour, 10-week group paid in advance of attendance. Cost reimbursed at end of term dependent on insurance coverage.

Refund Policy: If after the first group session you feel you cannot continue in the process, a full refund will be issued. There is no refund after the second group session begins.
