Transitions Process Group

This group meets weekly for 12 weeks to engage the challenging and recrudescent experience of life transitions in a psychosocial environment. When we find ourselves on the precipice of unanticipated change, when life is in disagreement with our expected outcomes, or when we have come to the end of ourselves and are seeking to understand what is being born through us, this group can offer guidance in the psychological transition of our ego death. Process groups are leaderless groups guided by a psychotherapist or co-therapists and attendance is critical for group cohesion and formulation to foster a deeper experience of the therapeutic environment.

The group is considered a confidential therapeutic activity and each member will need to sign an agreement to keep group disclosures and discussions confidential. While licensed professionals maintain confidentiality in their work with the group, it is important to understand that the nature of group work does not guarantee confidentiality among its members.

This group is limited to male and female participants over the age of 18. Group size ranges from 6 to 12 participants.

Cost: $300 for a 1.5 hour, 12-week group paid in advance of attendance. Cost reimbursed after the event dependent on insurance coverage.
Schedule: This group will begin on 16 January, 2027 for 12 Saturdays between 2:30PM to 4PM and will end on 3 April, 2027.
Refund Policy: A full refund can be issued before 2 January, 2027. There is no refund after that date but if you are unable to attend for any reason, you will receive a credit for our next group event.
